여행: 항공+숙소

지역은 늘 묵는 숙소 주변으로 처음으로 잡아본 출장. 호텔은 자체적으로 깔끔하고 수영장도 30도에 맞춰져 있고, 시설도 좋다. 다만 한국인이 필요한 전자 주전자와 맥주나 술을 보관할 냉장고가 방에 없다. 아쉬움이 조금 남는다. 앞에 2가지는 스위트룸이면 있다고 하지만 숙박비가 과도하게 비싸다. 주변에 식당은 많은 편이고, 한식 좋아하시는 분들은 한식당이 있어 걸어서 가기 편하다. 식당 이름은 아띠, 구글 치면 나온다. 아무튼 다음 번에는 주변에 있는 다른 곳으로 가는 것이 낫다고 생각한다. 조식도 참 굳이다!

The staff was incredible and made you feel welcome, safe and at home. We loved our stay here.

The place was an amazing stay. My beef is with hotels.com. I was charged another $98 US on check out and because my Spanish is not that good and I was in a rush to get to the airport, I did not have time nor the language to argue with the lady and just paid it. Afterwards I realized I did have a receipt and did not need to pay the $98 US. How do I get that back now????? I am now going through the same thing on the Galapagos. I got here yesterday and the lady wants me to pay $270 US. Again, no english and she wanted proof of payment, so through a translator app, I asked if I could show her the next day. Now I have to find that receipt. If hotels are going to book through Hotels.com, they need to have better communication to show these payments have been made.
