Dear Stay,Thank you for your second stay. We are sorry that you had that feeling, especially as we don't know our receptionist this way. The only explanation we have, is that on your arrival day we had a complete shut down of our system, giving our staff some stress moments until we got it under control.We hope to have the possibility of welcoming on another occasion.Kind regards

Dear Staceythank you for taking your time to feed back us - we have several woman taking care of the breakfast, sometimes there is a run and staff from houskeeping, reception of manager helps out. they all need a pay raise. we have a pillow menu where you can choose from 4 different kind of pillows - stuffed, hard, rolls, healthy ones and without feathers. apparently you missed that part- on the bed on arrival day the pillow menu is on the top of the bed so you wont miss it. next time you know. so then you have an excuse to come back. thank you again for staying with us hope you had a safe and good journey further.stay safe and kind regardsHenrik John Hansengeneral manager
