"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. "There‘re few steps from entrance to the reception. Beware about check in time. 15:30 - 20:00 We arrived at noon but the rooms are ready and the receptionist let us check in right away. Rooms are very clean and the room we booked are on the top floor which are newly renovated. Breakfast was good as a three stars property. Staff was very friendly and helpful "
