"Wow! I was nervous as they indicate they are a one star facility, but they blew my expectations out of the water. They were responsive to my questions before I arrived, and provided excellent instructions on how to get to and in the hotel. There may not be someone there but they make it super convenient to self serve. When you do meet the staff - They are friendly, helpful, welcoming. "I had originally booked a room with a shared bathroom, but upon recommendation from the hotel clerk, upgraded to a room that had the bathroom inside. That was the best choice I could have made. The room was in an area that had been recently renovated. The room was very spacious with a separate living room, and a very modern and functional bathroom. I didn’t get the breakfast option, but would recommend others to get it as the cost of a simple continental type breakfast in the restaurants...

"This hotel was friendly and located within a walkable distance from some of the main attractions of Venice. I loved the ease of walking down the street in the morning to get coffee and pastry, there is also a supermarket close by to stock up on anything you may need during your trip.
