"Check-in was easy with 24h reception. Pedro, the owner is a cool guy, offered me a glass of Porto wine and upgraded me to a bigger room. The rest of the staff doesn't exactly shine in smiling but all good. Room felt clean, spacious and seemed recently renovated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable (if you like them on the harder side like I do) and the bathroom is small but essential and pretty clean. Area may seem far for the center but it's very walkable and quiet too. I'd definitely go...

"We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Porto Palacio. The room was clean and spacious. Great leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Fantastic breakfast. Convenient location close to the bus stop and metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel which is truly 5 star."
