"Rather disappointing property. Although the carpet appeared new, the property looks very tired and unwelcoming. It needs a lot of attention and definitely new bedding and a much more welcoming entrance. "

He gave recommendations for places to eat and how to get where we were going. Only negative the noise at night from traffic. Recommend requesting a room in the rear of the motel."

Then, the hotel was a standard budget hotel--nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast. This trip we found that the hotel was considerably run down. The lobby ceiling had peeling paint and bare wood patches, the towels were threadbare and frayed, the pillows were lump and depleted, and the carpet felt dirty.
