“I tried to refund this stay due to my sister being in ICU in Tennessee. Since no one would approve a cancellation I was forced to return from TN and use this reservation without my sisters who stayed in TN to be with my brother. As far as the hotel goes it was fine. Just disappointed that Expedia and Hampton Inns put making buck before showing compassion to a family facing a family member dying,”

“Check in was so fast and easy. Staff was super friendly. Looking forward to staying here again.”

“So,keep in mind that we were just stopping over for the night and thought it be fun to stay the night on a houseboat with the kids on our way to the next part of our trip. We did not realize that this was a fishing area and found it very smelly! Now, if you are an avid fisherman or fisherwoman, then you probably wouldn’t have a problem with it. The place was fine, I would say it’s more like camping in an RV. We enjoy seeing the key deer and iguana…it was the highlight of our stay.”

“It was a nice place to stay. Close enoigh to Key West to drive and spend the day. Close to a beach to drive and stay for the day. Live music was good Friday night. Staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“The location of the property was great and we saw the key deer on property and nearby. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The beach front area had some trash that needed to be picked up and the home could use some landscaping. We did not stay for the continental breakfast so can not speak to that. Check in was a little challenging; I did not receive the e-mail day before check-in that I was expecting but did receive a phone call. However,...

“Property was too close to the highway to enjoy the view/balcony. Also at 10:00 we were told to leave NOW as the cleaning crew was coming. Or there would be a charge for every two minutes that they had to wait outside. Even though check out was 11:00 AM. Definitely won't be staying there again! ”
