"The hotel is not the most cleaned, no room service, no hot water, very old towels, very old bed sheets! A whole week stay showering with cold water! But, it was good for the price! "

"We stayed in two suites that were large and authentic Arabian design with alot of attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious daily and the lunch and dinner menu was best in area. There are however excellent cafes and restaurants close by, as well as a full modern grocery store for anything you want like home. Tap water is drinkable. "The room was clean and spacious. It is a fairly convenient location to the tram and main roads to grab a taxi. The furniture (like the dressing cabinet) is a bit wobbly. If you book with Expedia, make sure you are clear about what is covered and what you paid ahead. When we got there, we were asked to pay an extra hotel fee that was not mentioned anywhere in their pricing. They said it is like a city/property fee that we had to pay per day and per person (including kids - and we learned that...

"The staff, the manager, the reception, Waleed, Hamza, Omar and the girls, were great and very friendly. They changed my room a few times as per my request and even provided a bigger room as a compensation. It was safe and lots of shops, restaurants and services are located in the area. Public transportation was also easy."

"So it’s a bedroom with balcony in an apartment, the host is very nice, the place is lovely and very convenient if travelling through by train. I hope to stop off there again someday"
