"The host asked me to pay upon my arrival as she supposedly had not received the money from hotels.com, even though I had prepaid through the plaftorm. Despite proof of payment provided to hotels.com and countless interactions with customer service, the hotel did not admit getting the payment twice and hotels.com completely let me down, saying it's the hotel's conditions and that they can't do anything about it. "A not so good experience. The property is much smaller than it seems. The air conditioning does not work well at all and the upstairs is unlivable with heat all night. The kitchen is small, there was no gas, and the pots were very dirty. The bathroom had no hot water at times but had a good current. We tried to stay out as much as possible and even left a day early because we could not anymore. Not worth the price!"
