"This property was very beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly. They were helpful with booking transfer services for us. The breakfast was really great with a beautiful view. Be prepared to take the steps. The property we were staying at had 135 steps that we needed to carry our luggage but that is Positano in general. Highly recommend this hotel"

"Maria and her staff are excellent hostess !! We enjoyed our stay in Amalfi and Saint Andreas was responsible for much of it. Even though the property is in the main piazza, which is fantastic, it is sound proof. The room was spacious and gracefully decorated, with real air conditioning!! Just great"

The hotel is tucked into a little cove that is actually outside of most of Praiano, which is a huge advantage, as it's the only part of Praiano that sits at sea level. The area has an uphill walkable path near the water to reach the rest of town, but this little inlet is quite secluded, private-feeling, and beautiful. "We booked this hotel on line expecting a nice property. What we found when we arrived was exceptional the room and service were great the breakfast was perfect. But best of all was the view across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius at night we sat at the window with a glass of wine enjoying the view "

"The location of the property was great - just a short walk to the beach. The camp site was well maintained and weel serviced (e.g. refuse collection). What I struggled with was that despite the homes being equipped with a gas cooker there was nothing provided to light the gas up. The mini market on site didn't have matches for sale either so was forced to buy a lighter (and had to avoid burning my fingers in the process of lighting the gas).
