"Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

"The property was very outdated and not clean. Upon booking, we were asked to personally transfer a deposit, which would later be adjusted based on water and electricity usage. During our stay, we contacted customer service for help locating the water meter, as we were unable to find it. This was never properly resolved, which made it impossible to provide accurate readings. After check-out, we were informed that the final invoice would be shared and that any remaining deposit would be...

"Alles bestens, Gemütlichkeit hat etwas gefehlt.. Ein Kamin wäre top! Es war jedoch alles vorhanden, es hat alles funktioniert. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig zum Nachbarhaus. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Umgebung ist wundervoll. "
