“Everythong was so nice. great location and clean, cozy room. loved little pool inside of yard. it was amazing experience in La Fortuna. Thanks for everything!”

“Really good for the price. Staff was nice and helpful. Shower was only cold water and really weird overhead shower. Was hard to find the entrance at first. It’s hidden among shops on the street. Did not really offer parking as marketed.”

“Hotel Alicia was an easy walk to the centre of La Fortuna and lots of restaurants. Our room was small, but clean with comfortable beds, with a large separate bathroom. I would have liked a lamp on the bedside table as the lighting in the room wasn't that good. The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of four options, that was freshly cooked for you. “Room was basic, hot water was sporadic. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. I imagine the views are amazing, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us. ”

“The room was large and clean. We recommend the garden view with a balcony. Breakfast was delicious. The property also has trails leading down through the woods along the river to observe nature and wildlife. You can even swim in the river if you want. Would gladly stay here again. ”

“It was an awesome stay at Jardines Arenal. This property is family owned and managed which made it great place to stay. The owner is a great person to talk to. We were offer a great breakfast. I would highly recommend this place.”

“We rented a car and could park right in front. The property manager never received reservation from Orbitz and we had a hard time contacting him upon arrival. Had to borrow the bike rental neighboring business’ phone to call him. He doesn’t receive payment from Orbitz either and we had to go back and forth to dispute. Cheap place to stay if you just want to quick overnighter with no frills.”
