"They Don’t have a Small Refrigerator and it’s too hot in Acapulco"

"Absolutely disgusting. Property is not maintained at all. Rooms are dirty: bedsheets dirty, cockroaches and one of the days we had no running water. The area is in a BAD AREA. I had multiple taxi drivers refuse to drive me there from the center because of the insecurity. Staff looks drunk all the time and not all there. I also had to pay in cash for the property they didn’t take card. Please do not go here and it should be taken off of Expedia specifically for safety"

"Que exista una recepción, para registro al ingresar y antes de ingresar a la habitación como huésped, checar que la TV funcione al 100 así como el control de la misma"

"Falta de higiene, me ospede tres días y dos noches y ningún día hicieron la limpieza. Aparte el muchacho que está en recepción hizo comentarios de acoso a mi mamá el Hotel está muy pésimo y falta de educación al de recepción."

"El personal muy amable y atentos, la habitación sencilla está bien solamente que el baño no tiene nada de privacidad porque ni puerta tiene. A unas cuantas calles del mar pero los alrededores sí están oscuros y solitarios. Mi único tema es el baño sin privacidad"
