The place was run down, sheets were ripped and dirty. Air conditioning didn’t work, I had to pay cash because they did not except credit. We booked in and we stayed for less than two hours and trying to cancel multiple times with apparently Expedia, but expedient wasn’t able to help us at all. We lost all of our money for six days.we felt we were scammed by the hotel because they would not answer the phone for Expedia, and Expedia wouldn’t help us get a refund at all because it said management wouldn’t answer the phone ,not my fault at all. I would recommend that nobody goes to this dive of a hotel. Totally unsafe, filthy and disgusting. No customer service no security nothing but a big disappointment in Expedia for not doing anything about this.

La ubicación es muy buena, a una cuadra del mar sin necesidad de atravesar ninguna avenida, la atención del personal exelente, la limpieza exelente, alberca propia. La instalación tiene sus años, pero está bien conservada. Su costo es modesto.

Estafa en el numero de contacto del hotel

Tuve una pesima experiencia, tanto con el hotel como con la plataforma de hoteles.com. fui victima de una estafa, y no me ayudaron a solucionar mi tema. Mi consejo para todo es que tengan mucho cuidado en todos los datos que publica esta pagina sobre el hotel, ya que son datos erroneos. no confien en el numero de contacto ya que es un celular falso y estafan. yo levante un acta con SECTUR para su seguimiento.

No aceptan tarjetas de crédito, forzosamente pagar en efectivo en cuanto llegas, hay pequeñas cucarachas no es de gran afectación. Falta de atención respecto a las cosas básicas que debían existir en la habitación, como las toallas, tuve que bajar a pedirlas y no tenía cortina una ventana del baño. El aseo no lo hacen diario, además que las sábanas no las cambian solo sacuden y tienden.

La señorita de recepción es bastante déspota, te recibe y atiende de mala gana. No te da habitación hasta que le enseñes que la reservaste con alguna app, cuando, se supone, sólo buscan tu nombre en la computadora y le debe aparecer toda la información sobre la reservación. Mi habitación no tenía luz en la recámara ni en el baño, lo reporté y nunca fueron a verificar ese detalle.

Es que no avia papel en el baño y no fueron hacer el servicio de limpieza en el cuarto y no con eso soy persona discapacitada y me mandaron por escaleras aviendo cuartos abajo y ice con antisipacion el apartado del cuarto
