Outer Banks 2 Stars Hotels

"The Mariner Inn in Kill Devil Hills was really a nice place to stay. Check-in is easy. They use electronic locks and this works well. The room was large and had a table with 4 chairs, a small kitchenette with Microwave and Frig and Sink. Everything worked well. The room was clean and well maintained. The main building is right on the beach. There is breakfast included and it had Eggs and Pancakes as well as the normal continental fair. I will stay here again! "

"I been staying here the same week for 6 years. Room was clean. They got rid of the weed smokers on the first floor. The building smells better without them there. Parking was good. There is side street parking as well. They offer breakfast. It is coffee and some mini muffins. They need to improve on this. They used to have better breakfast selection. "

"Do not stay here. They gave the code to unlock our room door with another guest at 1:00 in the morning and the woman came into our room. Shower curtain came off the wall and sink was stopped up."

"Our “cottage” was a bit run down but certainly habitable. If it were mine, I’d gut it and do a complete remodel. It needed it. Beds were comfy. Location was good. Less than a minute walk to the beach which was accessible from the property. If you don’t need luxury, then you’ll be fine here, but if you’re looking for a 4 or 5 star, this ain’t it."
