"Very nice hostel, good location and fully equiped to make your own meals. Enjoyed our 3 nights there."

"Excellent location, and plenty of space for our group of 3. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. The table and countertops were not clean, but we had packed some Lysol wipes and cleaned it ourselves (there were also cleaning products in the apartment). We enjoyed the breeze from the window, nice view. Not noisy at night, we rested well. It was a short walk from the train station, and a short walk to the harbor area."

"I booked this stay last minute and immediately tried to cancel it but Bergen Guesthouse does not accept cancellations. The property is close to the city center, inexpensive and newly - in progress - renovated. However, the walls are paper thin, the rooms lack comfort (our window didn’t close properly, only a ceiling light, no bedside lights, the power outlets didn’t work properly, no TV, no mirror). One full bath and one out of order bathroom to share between 4 rooms on the level we stayed....

"Great view and very clean and has a washing machine. A lot of space and had all the cooking pots and pans and dishes. It is on a steep hill so don’t bring a big suitcase"
