"Like location. Facility is in a very poor condition. The worst is smoke smell from hallway gets into the room. "

"Holiday Inn Express was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Harbin! The staff members were extremely helpful making little touches that showed they noticed what we liked from putting a fork at our tables and making the eggs our way for breakfast, to making sure we had enough water for our trip to the hot springs! As it was Christmas, they even gave our children several small gifts! The showers were wonderful and beds comfortable. We would stay again!"

"Definitely comfortable but a little far away from the main attractions. Door to the toilet did not close properly. Given that taxi are sometimes a little difficult to call for during early morning, we requested the hotel to help us book one. However, staff did not want to help us at all."
