"Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

Das Frühstück war für mich sehr gut ich habe nichts vermisst. Es gab frisches Obst,Eier in verschiedenen Formen ,Wurst,Käse ,Müsli u.s.w.Das Restaurant welches im Hotel ist war sehr gut. "A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Staying in the castle complex was amazing. We got to see everything in the complex- the all items day ticket was great- staying in the complex allowed us to do all. Breakfast was laxurious! Rooms with the view of castle, and ability to walk to the view point at sunset ! The park is amazing too. Got to see bighorns around sunset! Recommend! "
