"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays."

"This was a very conveniently located, safe environment. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but we didn't eat any other meals there. The room and bed were comfortable; great hot water in the shower. We were there in the cooler months, so things were fine, but I'm not sure how comfortable it would be in the hot months as there was no AC in the room, but there is a fan. What they really lack is a way to enjoy their outdoor garden area. There were no seats outside in the grass. Maybe a park...

"Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...
