"Friendly staff, Clean, Safe area, Close to everything. "

"The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that it had a fridge and two fans. The bath is a little small and the shower not very comfortable, but the size of the room makes up for a small bath. The area is not the best, but the convenience of the tram a block away is great. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The only thing we did not like was that the breakfast was not great, not a lot to choose from. "

"You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "

"There is uneven floor between the room and hall. My wife fell down when she walked out from the room. There was no warning sign. These was safety issue."

"Very clean and comfortable. Excellent bed & bathroom, very good breakfast. Beautiful location on the lake. We had our own car and drove into both towns very quickly, and it's a scenic drive in all directions. I would stay here again."

"Close to the station, easy access to Bern and therefore a lot of train routes for easy travel (if you have the Swiss travel pass). Apartment had utensils needed for cooking which helped save money as food can be expensive in Swizerlabd"

"What a beautiful hotel in a lovely, quiet town. Honestly, there wasn't much to do in Hilterfingen - which was exactly what I wanted. The Bellevue is so pretty - charming old building - but so very comfortable. My room wasn't billed as having a lake view - which meant that it was on the side of the hotel. But what I had was a very comfortable balcony, with a stunning view of the lake and mountains on one side, and the charming Hilterfingen Kirche on the other! I could not have been happier...
