"Nice place and amazing staff"

"Hotel ubicado en el centro de Parma. En una calle semi peatonal. Cerca de todas las tiendas y restaurantes del centro de Parma. A 3 cuadras de la Basílica. El personal fue muy gentil y el check in fue hecho en un instante. Sirven un desayuno bueno. Es una gran opción para quedarse en Parma. (está a muy poca distancia de la estación de trenes ( un kilómetro aproximadamente.) O sea, que si se viaja con Carry on, se puede perfectamente ir caminando hasta el hotel."

"I did a Expedia booking and payment at the same time as usually. Next morning the Hotel Staff or owner force me to pay another time explaining me they did only the deposit and start to show me different papers, I refuse to pay another time explaining him several times I already did the payment at that point he become very rude and kick me off the Hotel Hall. So be careful with this Hotel the manner are very rude and unprofessional if you listen to him you maybe charged twice as often Italian...

"Great hotel ideal for us as close to Cremona karting! Nice and clean and great breakfast! We love a dip the pool on our return from a long day at the kart track! We just wish the pool would stay open a bit later in the evenings as the children from all over the world swim and chat together! "

"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. And the elevator is small, 4 people is probably the maximum it would fit. There is a facility person and two vending...

"Excellent place to stay. Had a place for our bikes also. Great breakfast and we had a fantastic dinner there also.Wifi was a bit slow in the rooms and did not work at all in the lobby. "

"The hotel itself is not too bad, acceptable I`d say but the staff is the worst I have ever seen. The absolute lack of education and customer service is astonishing, to the point that they don`t answer your salute or aren`t able to indicate where the room is. Basically this people should just change job and let professionals take care of the hotel "

"Great stay. We would highly recommend. It is right in the middle of “Old Town”, but quiet at night. Great service and breakfast.The only problem was they advertised ‘free parking’. NOT TRUE. There is NO free parking. If you get there EARLY, you May get in one of the 2 parking lots. Otherwise you have to go back up and around to “New Town” to park. Then you have to hike back to hotel. "Necesitan remodelar, está muy bien el área, La atención excelente, muy limpio. Pero necesitan comprar otras sobrecamas parecen del año de 1910, también pintar el hotel por fuera parece un lugar abandonado."
