"It would not take much to get 5 stars, but this stay was off season and service fell just short of perfect. We had dinner twice even though the menu was very limited. The second time, my wife's steak was requested rare and came overcooked. Replacement took 15 min which was very unpleasant arriving after having finished mine. This was not handled the way you expect from Relais & Chateaux. "

After he checked us in he ran our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs to the beautiful room. "Centrally Located within old town’s pedestrian zone, the apartment is modern and well equipped. The reception is some 10-min-walk away at the holiday rental company outside the old town. The reception‘s parking lot also serves as off-site parking and E-buggy shuttle service from parking lot to apartment is included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking accommodation in Rovinj old town."

"My fiancé and I are on a eurotrip, we were driving to Pula from Prague. Keep in mind this hotel has a small staff. If you check in after a certain time, they will have to leave you instructions to enter. The location is perfect. However, the shower was stopped up, the air conditioning ran but didn’t cool. The breakfast, is at a restaurant not far from the accommodations and was very good. The parking is ridiculously hard to find, do not recommend. We parked on the street because we couldn’t...
