"It was a bummer that the USB ports didn't work in our room 607 (sorry we forgot to notify front desk when leaving) Should be fixed for other guests but otherwise it was a very nice stay and the staff was exceptional! Would return."

"Lovely, but old building. Small elevators by today’s standards. Room was tiny but very clean and comfortable and contained all the usual hotel amenities. Good value hotel in downtown Vancouver. "

"Perfect walkable location. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very friendly and professional staff. Fridge and microwave in the room was a nice surprise. "

"The room and bathroom were renovated and very clean. Unfortunately the inner courtyard looks over a parking garage. We were only staying overnight prior to a cruise so it totally gave us what we needed. The check in was a problem in that our credit card was assigned to a different person and it was a process to get that corrected. Luckily we noticed when we were given the WiFi details"
