"The Windsor Martinique was such a fantastic and safe location to both Copacabana and Ipanema Sandy and safe beaches. The weather was just perfect. The staff were amazing from the front door keeper to the friendly and polite reception staff and all the breakfast and evening staff were so welcoming and friendly especially Paulo. Breakfast was so delicious with just so much choice. The best cappuccino we can recommend in Rio De Janeiro! We will definitely stay at The marvellous Windsor Martinique...

I think the size of the room needs to be made clearer when booking because it says it’s only 2sqm when it is much bigger, this initially made me anxious to book. José check us in on our first day and very accomodating to answer all our questions regarding the place.. where to go and what to do. The Bell boy who welcomed us and open the door was very helpful assisting us with out luggage, I wasnt able to get his name as i was very tired and struggeling holding my bellongings. "Nos alojamos 2 noches. Fue muy poco tiempo y queriamos recorrer Rio. Casi no estuvimos en el hotel. Pero cumplió su objetivo a la perfección. Es un hotel anticuado. Nosotros buscabamos algo bien ubicado, con buen desayuno y precio razonable. Cumplió su objetivo 100%. Si buscan eso, lo recomiendo!!"

"I must report bad practice by a young man at the reception who was there on September 21. I asked him to order me a taxi to the airport at a contact number that I had. Well, when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver charged us a higher amount than the budgeted amount. The person at the reception called a taxi driver who was a friend of his and not the contact that I gave him. Very bad experience because one trusts the hotel staff"
