"Peaceful stay and a great location—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Staff were very polite, friendly, and the property felt clean. Only downside: no coffee/tea setup (no kettle or coffee machine). New Year’s Eve dinner had some mismanagement (table placement, cold food, missing proper cutlery). Overall still a solid stay."

Upon reading the list of possible reasons, I learned that they don’t accept reservations less than 48 hours in advance. "2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath apartment with a small pool was great for our family. Our kids are small so they couldn't get enough of the pool. Close to the beach. Grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again. They have towels but they looked a little worn so we bought our own. They had beach chairs that had some wear and tear but served its purpose and some beach toys for the kids to use. Very convenient for us since we like to stay in Rincon when we visit PR.
