"The front desk man was welcoming. I had called directly to ask about adding a pet as Expedia website didn’t give me the option. He said no worries he would add it when we arrived. Excellent price compared to other hotels. Not fancy and no elevator but the room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, sheets and towels were clean and very adequate. The carpeting was worn. More importantly everything worked well in room, shower was great. Little freezer space kept our gel pack frozen and refrigerator was cold. Nice location to walk our dog. Lots of restaurants close by."

"The pillow was almost non existent and the bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet. The breakfast for $8 is an excellent deal.. The staff is super criendly"

"Not sure about pet policy. Dogs present in breakfast area during breakfast. I'm allergic to dander, so I avoided the breakfast area as well as all common areas were dogs were present ."

"When I booked the room there was no indication they were remodeling the hotel. The photos appear that it is updated. After we checked in, they told us the elevators were not working due to remodeling. I had elderly ladies with me that have problems using stairs and walking. If I would have known this I never would have booked this hotel. We returned from dinner and decided to park near the entrance closest to the stairs so the ladies didn’t have to walk as far. The entrance lock was broken, with a note that said due to remodeling the key card would not open the door, we had to walk even further due to this. Once to our room, the television was broken. Rooms were updated, but the bathtub was still worn and gross…. Breakfast attendant was nice, small but typical hotel breakfast. Outside of the building and things just aren’t as nice as other hotels, their remodel appears as they just put lipstick on a pig."
