"They need an ice maker! Our ice maker in the fridge was broken, so no backup, except to go to the had station and buy a bag of ice. Also, the fact that there area no dishes, cups or pots and pans cups be more prominently displayed on the website; I found this info buried under FAQ. The norm would be to be have so things, so it should be in the body of the room description, since your setup strays from the norm."
