"We arrived after a long day at Phantasialand, the castle was beautiful, easy to find and the check in was automated and very straight forward. We stayed with children in the junior suite and it was amazing, well equipped, warm and very upmarket."

The rooms were very clean ,our view was excellant,.. i had reserved a double room for 2 with 2 twin beds,i was given a double occupancy with a single double bed... the hotel staff was able to accomodate with grace and efficiency. Highest praise for the desk clerk"
