I was sick and my friend left a hat on sleeping bus and they made everything to get it back and handed to us during breakfast, which was so far the best breakfast in Vietnam with selection of . The staff are all so friendly and assisted with recommendations on where to eat, what to see as well as booking trips and transport. "Extremely helpful & friendly stuff. They helped us arrange the trip to Ha Long Bay, took care for our luggage during the trip. They offer airport shuttles. Breakfast was tasty (there are always hot meals available) and is served from early hours so you can eat before your trip. Hotel is close to tourist center. Rooms are fine."

They arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and they came and greeted me at the door to make sure I got in comfortably. Had an early check in with no issues. "This place was perfect for my one night stay in Hanoi before taking the train to SaPa! They greeted me by name and stored my luggage for me all day after I checked out but before my train departed in the late evening. They even let me shower in the evening after a long day of walking around so I would be fresh for the train! Highly recommend!"

"The staff was extremely helpful. They even had sim cards, installed it for me. They set up airport transfer, clean nice toyota suv, and installed my sim card, and simply added it to the bill. Unfortunately we wanted to stay another night but they were fully booked. Room was nice and clean, no street noise. Convenient to our walking tours, beer street. Great stay in hanoi"
