"Great staff and a very nice property for the price point. The breakfast was great (additional pay that I opted for). I did like the hot springs on the 2nd floor, was a perfect treat after a long day. there isn’t much going on in the area in general, nothing wrong with it, but just a small town with no frills."

"Very nice hotel with a good hot springs facility on the second floor. I chose the traditional Japanese room and that was spacious and very nice. Quiet area and the hotel was quiet as well. The hotel could benefit from a facelift, but all in all it was good"

"何度も訪れているお気に入りの宿でした。夕食は美味しく施設も落ち着いてのんびりしたい方にはとてもおすすめです。が、朝食の質が非常に残念だが格段に落ちていた。北海道の卵不足からなのか朝食で出していたその場で焼き上げる卵焼きが無くなっていた。虎杖浜産のタラコもなくなった。ホテルの方はわかっているはずです。カレーなども出していたがホテルの名前を付けてはいるが具材のないレトルトを出しているようにしか思えない。以前は品数はそれほど多くはないが質の良いものを提供していた。人手不足なのかコストカットなのかわからないが改悪と言わざるを得ない。元の朝食を知っている方がきたら確実にガッカリすると思う。物価高の影響なども理解出来るが改善されないようなら私はもう行かなくなるかもしれないです。"

"Hotel is dated and difficult to find. It's mainly for business travellers.it is far away from city and restaurants. Only consolation is the breakfast selection is adequate. Only for those who drive."

"The amenities were wonderful. An onsen and 2 meals a day. Was able to switch to a room with beds instead of futons on the floor. The rooms were well appointed with an enclosed porch. Only difficulty was no fluent English speaker on staff"
