It really is a traditional Japanese hotel and experience and loved the friendly and helpful staff, and the location is just a short 10 min scenic stroll across the river to the bus/train station. Didnt know what to expect but the Japanese style tatami rooms were cosy and comfy, and the outdoor onsen was just what was needed after a day on the ski slopes. "Our stay at Toyoko Inn was beyond amazing. The staff was just outstanding, polite, and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and so convenient. If you are alone or as a couple then definitely worth it to stay here if you are trying not to spend a lot of money on hotel accommodations.
