"Das Hotel hat unser Zimmer wenige Stunden kommentarlos storniert. Wir haben die Email erhalten, als wir gerade komplett erschöpft von einem interkontinentalen Flug kamen. Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten. "

"I had a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect—the rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the deck, which offered a beautiful view of the trees and mountains. The scenery really stood out and made the mornings extra special.
