"Large spacious comfortable apartment within a 5 minute walk of the town centre. Very well set up to self cater with great views of the mountains. Quiet location. Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. "

"This property is exactly as advertised. I found it very nice. The people were nice even though we couldn’t understand each other, communicating was smooth. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because we never got the wifi password. It wasn’t included in any papers or in the room. I didn’t seek it out past that so it may have been easily obtained had I called. Very nice time here, beautiful quiet area. "

"We loved our stay at this beautiful quaint hotel in Pinswang, Austria!There were 4 of us so we got a quad room that slept four. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. The only downside is we got in late and had to be up early to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. It is close to the castles, about a 15 minute drive. They were wonderful to work with and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. I hope to come back some time soon! Thank you for a pleasant experience!"

"Excellent location for the train station, the town was only a ten minute walk. Hotel was nicely styled, immaculately clean , bedrooms small but well designed to maximising space . Huge window with view of the station and mountains. Would have liked a kettle and coffee tea options in the room . Breakfast room had fabulous views , breakfast was basic , would have been nice to have a couple of warm options, Scrambled egg, sausage etc . Would definitely recommend. "

"Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, man konnte aus einer kleinen Karte drei Gänge auswählen, das Essen war sehr lecker. Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es von allem etwas (Croissonts, Brot, Weckerl, Müsli, Ei, Obst, Käse, Wurst etc.) Unser Apartment war sehr groß (inkl. großer Balkon) und hatte auch eine kleine Küchennische dabei, dort wurden sogar Tee und Kaffee bereitgestellt. Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage und die Natur rundherum gefallen. "
