"Clean and friendly "

"My family of 4 stayed at a on-dol style room which was spacious and comfortable. I chose this as they have a hot spring right next to it and this was a great perk. We had a breakfast outside so I have no clue about food but I’m sure they must be great as Damyang is well known place for bamboo and delicious foods. I will definitely stay here next time when I come to Damyang."

"Nothing close but night life"

"New & Clean. Over all good enough. However, 1. There is no way to load & unload the suit case in front of the hotel - it is located at such a heavy traffic busy road without any pulling in space. Only place to do is back alley where parking garage entrance is. 2.Check in process was not so organized (might be because it was weekend & they were too busy) - out of 3staffs - one staff had NO professional etiquette at all. If you are staying several nights - they do not clean your room unless...

"직원의 실수로 ktx 기차도 놓치고 대신 고속버스로 서울을 갈수있도록 도움을 부탁하였는데 이것도 날자를 다른날자로 구입을 해주어서 직원의 두번째 실수로 고속버스도 놓침 참으로 황당하였습니다. 저의 잘못도 있었습니다.직원이 탑승날자가 다른날로 구입한 티겟을 확인하지않고 호텔을 택시타고 고속 터미날로 가서 확인이 되어 버스도 놓침 미국에서 오랜만에 한국방문을해서 잘몰라 내 스스로 구입을 하지 못한것을 후회하였습니다. 그러나 실수이었기에 이해하기로 하였습니다. 감사합니다."

"Very convenient location. Small boutique hotel, run by a small team of staff who have to multi task, but this is also what made the hotel much more personal experience. Staff spoke minimal English but this did not stop them trying to help, excellent serevice. The breakfast was not much, a hot drink and some toast but for the price of the hotel and Jeonju having so many places to choose to eat this was not an issue nor impacted our hotel experience. "Great little hotel in an area with good night life. Loads of dining options, including right in the hotel. Was an easy 15 minute drive to the World Cup Stadium to watch a Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors football match. "

"깨끗하고 편하게 잘 쉬엇습니다 필로우가 2가지 종류라서 너무 좋았어요 큰 수건이 하나 더 있았으면 좋았을 것 같았습니다 수건은 일반 수건 3개 큰수건 1개 있어요 조식은 룸으로 가져다 주시는데 누룽지 편하개 먹었습니다 마루 바닥이라 슬리퍼 안신어도 편했네요 전체적으로 편안했습니다 다만 한옥마을과는 조금 거리가 있어요 시내 접근성이 떨어지기는 하지만 비지니스 숙박을 하기에는 정말 좋습니다"

"First of all it’s an actual art gallery so that gives it a vibe right away. The rooms are neat and each one is unique. There’s a cool rooftop too - except when I was there it was raining so I didn’t get to hangout there. Next, you can’t beat the location it’s right next to Jeonju Hanoi Village! But last and not the least is the amazing service of the staff, especially Ji Cheol who was so helpful and hooked me up with a kakao taxi not once but twice during this trip!"

"This is hotel is located in very quite place of Jeonju. Is was a little scary how quite is was. :) I was very surprised by cleanliness of the hotel and housekeeping is doing very good job. Near by are shops like 7/11 or ministop. Only what I have missed was breakfast. Could be somehow managed, but on the other hand for room rate of 40 EUR I should not expect miracles. I stayed 3 nights, i thing in case of staying more nights the area is not so much fun. But as a business traveler for a...

"The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."
