"Overall our stay was good. The room had a sliding door and window and the window latch was broken so heating the room up at night was difficult. The cot we requested had a broken base and although housekeeping say they managed to fix it my son did not sleep well in it. However it was an overall good stay. Regularly cleaned and serviced room. Surprised there wasn’t much cutlery and plates. "
