"Very close to both city centre and Spark Arena for concerts, lovely staff at reception. Arived early for check in only hoping to store bags for a while but was given an earlier room and a free upgrade. Would highly recommend."

Treated us like we wernt going to pay i had a understanding i was to pay end of stay but as i hadnt received no check in information i was wrong !
