"I stayed at Takanta Place over a week during my mum was in the hospital. This place was like my second home. It’s only 8 minutes walk through Nongprajak park to the hospital. I felt really safe and comfortable as home. The owner is so kind, the garden is beautiful, the room is spacious and every corner is super clean. I will stay there again for sure. "

"Mut Mee Gardens is exactly what I hoped for in a tropical guesthouse. The rooms were well-cared for and accommodating, without ostentation. It's a casual place where you easily can spend the day lounging on your room's veranda or under a common palapa in the gardens. The gardens, and most rooms, face the promenade along the Mekong, so you can walk - or borrow one of their bikes - for miles along the river, and there's little if any motor vehicle noise.
