"very central , very clean ,tidy ,room was heated before i arrived (3 degrees outside), room was serviced every day, staff very friendly & helpful ,would use this residence again, have already recommended it friends who are there now."

"Accommodation was comfortable and roomy but general presentation was unsatisfactory - particularly for the price. Sliding door to the bedroom was off the track. Curtain in the other bedroom was half off the rail. And an ironing board was lying on top of a wardrobe. Practical use of space, maybe - but not a good look! There was a reasonably heavy snowfall during our stay. Not sure how common that is but it would have been nice to have under cover parking and not have to get all the snow off the...
