"The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it. "Probably the best spot to stay on the island, pool overlooking beach and promenade, it’s really hot on the island so we were grateful not to have a big resort to walk around, AC works well for sized rooms, best guitarist playing live music on the pool, in the center of everything. The staff sometimes like to have high context conversations and little attitude not sure what that’s about. Others are super friendly and professional. "

"Way overpriced. Only 2 bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. No hair dryer. Inadequate coffee and no creamer in room. Shuttle didn’t pick up at airport. Only 2 pillows for a “deluxe double” bed. Complimentary breakfast was leftover food from night before. This room should have been priced at $30 per night, I paid $138. Total rip-off "

"First night before joing a boat was a dorm room...bed was comfy but the ladder to the top bunk was really difficult and the room too hot for me (air con set at 24). They kindly stored my luggage whikst i was overnight on the boat and i returned to a twin room. It was beautiful although being ground floor there were occasional smells in the bathroom. Yes, there's some music noise but its not on too late and nothing ear plugs can't solve. Didnt get to use the stunning roof top pool, but did eat...
