"This was our 3rd stay at the Tune Hotel in 3 weeks during our Malaysian holiday. Due to our flight connections, we needed an inexpensive, clean and comfortable hotel adjacent to the Airport. KL city centre is between 45 minutes to an hour away, so the Tune Hotel KLIA2 was perfect for us as a couple, especially as all our flights were with Air Asia, based out of KLIA2. "Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… "

"The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit...

"Value for money. Room looks like it has been recently renovated. Cleanliness can be improved in the toilet and balcony area. On the whole, it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good enough. Beach was clean. Will be back to stay again! "

"I booked Kloe hotel based on the recommendation of another friend who had stayed here. This hotel is located right near shopping, restaurants but located on a quieter part of the area. The decor is very Brooklyn and reminds of a hipster hotel. Reasonable rates. They leave you a basket of Malaysian cookies and candies and have 2 carafes of filtered water for you. Rooms are on the smaller side but I was out most of the day and didn’t mind. As I’m from NY, I’m used to ambient outside noise but if...

"The room (especially bathroom) is extremely dirty. The exhaust vent is filled with dust. Faulty air-conditioning system, generating extremely loud noise. Have to go to Lobby and request a room change . The TV of the replacement room (Room 701) turns out to be half broken. 6 out of 10 electrical switches do NOT work. If there is a dirtiest award for hotel, Grand Barakah Hotel at Ampang would receive unanimous vote. "
