"Comfort of the bed was very poor , bathroom Uncomfortably small. The room has a strange arrangement, when you walk in you walk straight into the bed with lots of unused spaces otherwise in the same room."

"I have always stay at this hotel when in Tres Rios. The staff is friendly, the location is excellent, walk outside and you are at the center of the area, mall, restaurants, park and night life. The morning complimentary breakfast is good. "

"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. O banho era uma tortura, ou a agua ficava quente demais ou gelada, temperar a água era quase impissivel e quando conseguiamos, ficava bom por menos de 30 segundos. Ficamos 2 dias, pedi para trocarem o lixo do banheiri porque estava cheio, a lixeira era muito pequena, nao trocaram, o papel ficou envolta da...
