Riviera Maya 3 Stars Hotels

"Everything was great! The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location right on the beach was perfect. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and everything was just fine."

"Loved this place. Drinks are pricey but everything was great."

"Awesome staff and location for a more localized experience walking distance to the center of town. Plenty of restaurants within the vicinity. Excursions and bikes available for purchase/rent. Bar and restaurant located here with pool. Bartenders were great - all 3 that I met - Jorge, Brian and another I can’t remember his name."

"We picked this property for a weeks stay at short notice and we couldn't have been more happy about it. From arriving when our suitcase was taken care of, until the sad day we had to leave, our experience was exceptional. The staff was always friendly and attentive, the buffet was plentiful and tasty. The restaurants were great as well and the interior and exterior design well thought through. Overall, we can only recommend this property."

"We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!"

"Great spot to stay"

"The staff was lovely and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, we had excellent food at the vegan restaurant, and great massages that were arranged for us on short notice. Unreserved recommendation."

"We stayed in the beach front suite with kitchenette. It was lovely to wake up to the gorgeous sunrise over the glittering Caribbean each morning. The staff were all extremely attentive and helpful, friendly and gracious. We appreciated how laid back and welcoming the place was. We felt right at home. Major highlight of the trip was helping hundreds of freshly hatched baby sea turtles find their way to the water with a couple of staff members and other guests. It was such a special, once in a...

"Great room for the price."

"property is cute! Our room got changed when we arrived, unsure if it was better or worse than the one we originally booked. The room we stayed in only had one outlet. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Suitable for a night or two. the “continental” breakfast was fruit and toast only"

"Nice rooms"

"Awesome location, right on the sea and great complimentary breakfast!!"

"Beautiful place although the free breakfast was a little underwhelming and had small portions. Staff is nice, place is kept clean :)"

"We had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent. and definitely a place to return to. The beach was good and only hampered by the seaweed, not the fault of the resort The resort was pleasantly tucked inside a gated community, and so there was no noise from street traffic. There were very nice shops at the very short walk to Dolphin Island Marina. We also went on excursions to the Mayan ruins and the Cenotes, each were full days with lots of travel time."

"The staff could not have been better. They went out of their way to greet you and provide excellent service. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and are up early cleaning and maintaining the property."

"super clean, inner design is cute, nice staff"
