not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like me..."

"The resort itself is picturesque but deep down it needs some renovations especially in the rooms .
I got to stay in 4 different rooms over a 3 weeks there & all but the final room had issues of one kind or another.
The staff are very friendly and that was the standcout of my visit there ."
