"Stayed in the Hotel Nozomi side. Very spacious room and bathroom for 2 people. Has great aircondition. Walking distance to lots of great dining options and shopping! Staff were very friendly. Just for improvement purposes, I hope the breakfast had more variety. Other than that, amazing stay overall."

"Good breakfast options and a good spread. Room is clean and 5 minutes walk from the train station in a very safe neighborhood even when we checked in around 10.30pm at night. No facilities though"

"Lovde the location to the water front and walking with luggage to the train station was easy, beds,staff and breakfast were great!! The problem we had was our room was over the main road and it was hot and stuffy with no AC so we needed the window open but the street below was VERY loud with party people till early in the morning and traffic. Nothing that a small AC couldn't fix "

"The apartment is located near central Lucern, walking distance to Chapel Bridge and Lion Monument. Street parking is limited but there are a couple of public carpark close by. Staff is friendly and check in has been smooth. Good value for accommodation in central Lucern."

"The 3rd Floor room we stayed in Lubo was super-small with 2 bunk beds and 1 queen bed squeezed into a small room. We are a family of 4 with 2 children, one a teenager. We would easily bump into each other when we walk around the room. There's no water or kitchen in the room itself. But there's a pantry washing room in Ground floor where you can grab coffee from. We had great difficulty check-in using the automated system as the system did not allow us to submit with all information. In the end,...

"Great location and views. Rooms were above expectations. It’s right next to vitznau ferry terminal as well as mount Rigi rail. Beautiful experience here. Only negative is Uber doesn’t come here so make sure to prebook taxi on the way in and out, or if you have light luggage use the 502 bus and connecting trains or ferry to Lucerne train station and connect to Zurich airport. Staff was helpful once you approach them."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Des Alpes Luzern. The location could not be better in the heart of Lucerne’s Old Town on the Reiss River next to the famous Chapel Bridge and 15-minute walk from the train station. Views from the river side are fabulous. The restaurant is very nice and it is especially nice to sit outside viewing the river and beautiful buildings. "The front desk and housekeeping staff are all friendly and helpful, which made the experience pleasant. The amenities, however, are lacking, the breakfast is mediocre at best, and the fact that you cannot get a cup of coffee after 10 Am is puzzling. The rooms are small and common space in the hotel is lacking so it’s clear that it is only a place to sleep between site seeing. You get what you pay for. The price is right for safety and cleanliness. "
