"The Novo Hotel Rossi was a great choice for our family. Their location is a 5 minute walk from the train station. We used Verona as a hub to go to other cities but ended up loving Verona, it was our favorite city in Italy! The hotel staff was so nice and very helpful with all our requests. We're just not so impressed with the lack of amenity which doesn't provide any complimentary water, coffees, tea kittle in room. The lighting design was a total oddball where the lights automatically turned on and off within seconds, totally annoying and unuseful. "a bit antiquated small hotel, not up to american standards, but excellent service and location, right in the center of town, walkable everywhere. small showers, some parts of bathroom a bit broken.
