"Absolutely amazing, the staff were wonderful and very friendly, the top floor room was immaculate and modern, the bed was fabulous, bathroom with a bidet and good hot water, great pressure - amazing value for money, the Continental breakfast was great and the all day coffee was excellent - right next to airport long-term parking, you absolutely have to try out this hotel if you are flying into or out of the airport at Tirana, literally a five minute walk from the airport entrance"

"A three week trip to Albania to include Christmas to see the old soviet style brutalist buildings before they are gone Nice hotel but the only surprise was a 100 Euro damage deposit that wasn’t on the listing and an 8 am check out in the morning Cure pet cat in the hotel and great breakfast every that keeps you going for the rest of the day "

"What a lovely hotel find! Tucked away just off the street so it’s nice and quiet. 5 minutes walk to the main square. The staff were lovely and so friendly and helpful, with lots of advice! Only thing I’d say is the bottles of water. Great to give guests unlimited water, but maybe a water cooler so not so many plastic bottles… not a criticism, just a suggestion!"

"It was nice. It was an experience of Albanian hospitality and service. I’d stay again. Nice variety at breakfast. Toilet and shower were interesting. I’ve read reviews elsewhere with people bad mouthing it. It was good. I enjoyed it."

"The property is well maintained and very clean and the staff were extremely friendly! Breakfast was also excellent! The gentleman at the check in desk when we checked in was gracious and was able to secure a parking spot for us in the underground lot as well, which is good because otherwise the streets were so narrow and crowded around the hotel, there was no where to park. Overall, we had a great stay. The only negative is getting to the location of the hotel down the very narrow roads. "

"The property was very clean and the staff were great! They provided round airport shuttle for a fee lower rhat regular taxi. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We arrived a little earlier rhan checking time but were able to occupied the room."

"Lovely accommodation with friendly, helpful staff. Nice balcony to sit out on during the evening. Near the beautiful Tirana park with a scenic walk into the city. Lots of bars, shops nearby. House keepers were very efficient each day with cleaning the room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped with any request we had. Fantastic stay in Tirana."

"As a frequent traveler, I’ve been to several hotels and I must say that TROCI HOTEL has the best customer service, their rooms are spacious and CLEAN. I’ve never experienced an affordable luxury like this before. I stayed in the room with the jacuzzi and it was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in my life. If you are visiting Albania, you have to experience hospitality at its peak with TROCI HOTEL. I and my husband had to go back to stay for an extra night before leaving for London. Well done to...
