"It was OK. The hotel is old and well located. It has a nice swimming pool. The use of the jacuzzi is limited to half hour only. I wouldn’t recommend the food. There are better restaurants in the area. "

"In the middle of Panajachel but once you walk inside is like you are away from everything. You can hear the birds singing in the morning... quite beautiful. You can walk around but there is also transportation. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is personable and very helpful. "

The woman at the reception desk during the day was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they had a king size bed, but the mattress was extra firm, which made my back hurt after a few days.
