“Bed and towels reeked of laundry soap and the hotel management told me it was so I would know they were clean.
You may like sleeping with your head on a box of Tide or whatever soap they use, however I ended up using my backpack as a pillow as the management was very proud their linens were not rinsed properly and safely.
Next time I will just stay else where and pay day use fee for pool ocean access”

“This place is absolute perfection!!! Worth every penny and I wished we of booked a few more days!! It’s a beautiful property and the staff is beyond helpful and accommodating!!! “The hotel is greatly located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and activities.
Being a Meliá rewards member, I asked if I can add my membership to my reservation to which the front desk staff said they are not aware of what that is.
