"We only stayed for 1 night do to a schedule change but it was pleasant except for no TV in the room. The staff was helpful and punctual which is nice when we’re catching our early morning flight. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and quiet giving its right off the main road. We didn’t eat at the restaurant or drink at the bar or use their amenities so can’t comment on those. "

"We chose this resort due to amenities offered for the whole family, and its location away from mainland. It was the best choice for us - the spa was heavenly with a couple treatments & massages for my husband and me, the whole staff was excellent (especially Captain Mario and Angelita at the restaurant), our room was clean & spacious with great views and we loved the pools. Food was perfectly made, decadent and refreshing options - my favorite was the lomo and french toast & chilaquiles with themed menu and drinks every night. Kids loved the pool and fun activities staff planned every day."

"The hotel staff were fantastic and the view was beautiful. It was quite a ways from San Pedro town which limited dining options for us. The staff booked us a reservation at Mambo with a driver or boat pickup depending on the weather. The breakfast was good but very few options for dinner at the onsite restaurant. If I could do it again, I would rent a golf cart in town for the duration of our stay and book tours that picked us up at the resort dock."
