"Nice hotel,room was a little small, but i imagine thst is the norm for Japan. Bed and pillows were hard. Breakfast was excellent with a good mixture of Western style and Japanese food! Overall, a very nice place to stay!"

"Great front staff, lovely room with a view. 2 things I didn’t like. From entering on the ground floor you’ll need to take 2 lifts to get to your room. Also the older gentleman behind the bar, seemed very cold towards us. I didn’t mind its service as usual in the UK. But compared to the rest of Japan, it was poor. The view is spectacular "

" We didn’t like the lack of cafes or room service available for early coffee and a snack and having to pay for a 2 full breakfasts twice when we only wanted coffee and a croissant . The staff don’t handle things going wrong very well either. Apart from that it is a very good hotel with excellent accommodation and service ."

"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "

"Our room was snug, but well-appointed and comfortable. Slightly scratchy sheets, but soft bedding. Breakfast was terrific, and the bar downstairs had a friendly vibe, serving a nice selection of microbrews. We were there on a Friday night and the place was buzzing. Not a quiet neighborhood, but a great location for exploring Tokyo from."
